基于“岗课赛证”融通的实训课程教学改革探索与实践

摘　　要：随着行业企业对于技术技能型人才水平要求的提高,传统的教学模式和评价标准已经无法满足行业发展。以工业机器人系统集成课程为例,将“岗课赛证”融合实训课程,进行教学改革的探索和实践。依据行业企业对于工业机器人集成岗位技能水平的要求,修改人才培养方案和课程标准,将企业真实项目转化为教学项目重构教学内容。将行业企业标准,工业机器人集成应用职业技能等级标准和全国职业院校技能大赛机器人系统集成赛项技术要求融入课程考核标准中,围绕集成岗位所需的集成调试能力重构教学内容,提升学生的技术技能水平,使学生更满足行业企业的要求。With the improvement of the requirements of industry enterprises for technical and skilled talents,the original teaching mode and evaluation standards can no longer meet the development of the industry.This paper takes the course of“Industrial Robot System Integration”as an example,and integrates the“Post Course Competition Certificate”into the practical training course to explore and practice the teaching reform.According to the requirements of industry enterprises for the skill level of industrial robot integration positions,the talent training program and curriculum standards are modified,and the real projects of the enterprise are transformed into teaching projects and the teaching content is reconstructed.The enterprise industry standards,industrial robot integrated application vocational skill level standards and the technical requirements of the robot system integration competition of the National Vocational College Skills Competition are integrated into the course assessment standards,and the teaching content is reconstructed around the integrated debugging ability required for the integration position,so as to improve the technical skill level of students and make students more meet the requirements of industry enterprises.
