民办高校廉洁文化建设路径创新研究

摘　　要：廉洁文化建设是民办高校教育教学过程的重要组成部分。目前,一些民办高校存在对廉洁文化建设认识不到位、廉洁文化建设尚未形成合力、廉洁文化建设内容相对简单、廉洁文化建设形式较为单一、廉洁文化建设监督机制存在不足等问题。基于此,民办高校应不断优化廉洁文化的体制机制建设,做好监督管理,建立长效体制,树立廉洁意识,助力廉洁文化建设目标的实现。The cultivation of incorruptible culture is an important part of the education and teaching process in private universities.At present,there exist some problems in private universities concerning the cultivation of incorruptible culture,for example,the cognition is insufficient,the joint force is not formed,the content is relatively simple,the form of the cultivation is rather single,and the supervision mechanism is insufficient etc.Based on this,private universities should continuously optimize the construction of system and mechanism of incorruptible culture,do a good job in supervision,establish a long-term system,and establish the consciousness of incorruption so as to help realize the goal of incorruptible culture cultivation.
