摘  要:促进各类监督贯通协调蕴含着全面加强党的领导、尊重人民群众的主体地位、全面依法治国和有效破解监督力量分散困境的时代价值。新时代,河南省促进各类监督贯通协调的积极探索主要包括树立贯通协调意识、加强党对监督体系建设的统一领导、聚焦监督内容贯通、推动监督形式对接、重视监督信息共享等方面。河南省的实践探索对做好新时代的监督工作具有多方面的启示:促进各类监督贯通协调必须领导高度重视,必须充分发挥纪检监察机关职能作用,必须坚持问题导向,必须形成“一盘棋”的工作格局,必须加强制度供给。Promoting the coordination of all kinds of supervision contains the value of the times,which includes comprehensively strengthening the party’s leadership,respecting the main position of the people,comprehensively governing the country according to the law,and effectively solving the dilemma of dispersed supervision strength.In the new era,Henan’s active exploration on promoting the coordination of various kinds of supervision mainly includes the following aspects:establishing the awareness of coordination,strengthening the unified leadership of the party on the construction of the supervision system,focusing on the coordination of supervision content,promoting the jointing of supervision forms,and emphasizing the sharing of supervision information.The practical exploration in Henan province has multiple inspirations for the supervision work in the new era:the leaders should attach great importance to promoting the coordination of various kinds of supervision;the functions of discipline inspection and supervision organs should be given full play to;it is necessary to adhere to the problem-oriented approach;we should form the work pattern as a“overall situation like a chess game”;and it is necessary to strengthen the institutional supply.
