摘 要:为采用低成本、可再生的农林生物质制备高价值低聚木糖以提升木质纤维素生物炼制经济效益,本研究以茶油加工副产物油茶壳为原料,选择吸收剂量(A)、水热处理温度(B)、水热处理时间(C)和固液比(D)4个因素,以低聚木糖转化率为评价指标,通过单因素和正交试验优化γ射线辐照协同水热处理油茶壳制备低聚木糖的工艺条件。单因素试验结果表明,油茶壳低聚木糖转化率随吸收剂量、固液比的增加而逐渐升高,随着水热处理温度的升高、反应时间的延长呈先升高后降低趋势。正交试验优化得出,各因素对油茶壳低聚木糖转化率影响的主次顺序为A>B>D>C,综合考虑确定最优工艺条件为A_(2)B_(3)C_(1)D_(2),即吸收剂量400 kGy、水热处理温度200℃、水热处理时间20 min、固液比1∶10 g·mL^(-1),此条件下的油茶壳制备低聚木糖转化率为74.33%,比对照提高22.61个百分点。本研究为油茶壳资源高值化制备低聚木糖提供了技术参考。In order to improve the economic efficiency of lignocellulosic biorefinery by using low-cost and renewable agricultural and forestry biomass to produce high-valuable xylo-oligosaccharides,this study used the by-product,i.e.Camellia oleifera shell from camellia oil processing,as the raw material.Four factors,including the absorbed dose(A),hydrothermal treatment temperature(B),hydrothermal treatment time(C)and solidliquid ratio(D)were selected,and the xylo-oligosaccharide conversion rate was used as the evaluation index.Furthermore,the single factor tests and orthogonal array design methods were used to optimize the technological conditions for xylo-oligosaccharide preparation through ^(60)Co-γirradiation combined with hydrothermal treatment.According to the single factor tests,it was found that the xylo-oligosaccharide conversion rate of Camellia oleifera shell increased gradually with the increase of absorbed dose and solidliquid ratio;and increased at first and then decreased with the increasing of hydrothermal treatment temperature and prolonging of incubation time.Based on the results of orthogonal array design,impacts of the four factors(A-D)on the conversion rate of xylo-oligosaccharide followed the order of:A>B>D>C.As a result,the optimum technological conditions were determined as:absorbed dose at 400 kGy,hydrothermal treatment temperature at 200℃,hydrothermal treatment time at 20 min,and solid-liquid ratio at 1∶10 g·mL^(-1).Under this condition,the xylo-oligosaccharide conversion rate of Camelia oleifera shell was 74.33%,which was 22.61 percentage points higher than that of the control.The results provided more technical reference for the preparation of high-valuable xylo-oligosaccharide from Camellia oleifera shell.
