骨化三醇与益生菌对帕金森小鼠模型行为学影响的对照研究

摘　　要：目的探究骨化三醇、益生菌对帕金森病(PD)小鼠模型行为学的影响。方法雄性SPF级健康C57BL/6小鼠45只,随机分为A组(正常对照,n=5)、B1组(PD模型对照,n=10)、B2组(PD模型益生菌干预,n=10)、B3组(PD模型骨化三醇干预,n=10),B4组(PD模型益生菌联合骨化三醇干预,n=10)。每组均连续喂养3个月,比较5组小鼠喂养后15 d、1个月、2个月及3个月的行为学变化。结果爬杆实验中从小球上下来的计分:时间、干预方法在实验分值上存在统计学差异(P<0.05),B1组、B2组、B3组与B4组相比,存在统计学差异(P<0.05);爬杆实验中小鼠爬完杆子上半部的计分:时间、干预方法在实验分值上存在统计学差异(P<0.05),B1组实验分值低于A组和B2组(P<0.05),B2组实验分值高于B4组(P<0.05);爬杆实验中小鼠爬完杆子的下半部的计分:时间、干预方法在实验分值上存在统计学差异(P<0.05),B1、B2、B3、B4组实验分值低于A组(P<0.05),B4组实验分值高于B1组(P<0.05)。悬挂实验计分:时间、干预方法在实验分值上存在统计学差异(P<0.05),B1、B2、B3、B4组实验分值均低于A组(P<0.05),B2、B3、B4组实验分值均高于B1组(P<0.05)。游泳实验计分:干预方法在实验分值上存在统计学差异(P<0.05),时间在实验分值上无统计学差异(P>0.05),B1组实验分值低于A组(P<0.05),B2组实验分值高于B1组(P<0.05)。所有实验结果中B2组与B3组间均不存在统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论骨化三醇、益生菌均可改善PD小鼠的行为学,两者联合应用未显示疗效,且两者间的有效性差异将有待进一步研究。Objective To analyze the effects of calcitriol and probiotics on the behavior of PD mouse model.Methods The total of 45 healthy male SPF C57BL/6 mice were randomly divided into group A(normal control,n=5),group B1(PD model control,n=10),group B2(PD model probiotics intervention,n=10),group B3(PD model calcitriol intervention,n=10).Group B4(PD model probiotics combined with calcitriol intervention,n=10).Each group was continuously fed for 3 months,and the behavioral changes of mice in 5 groups were compared at the time of 15 days,1 month,2 months and 3 months after feeding.Results The score of the pole climbing experiment(Small ball part)that there were statistically significant differences in scores of time and intervention methods(P<0.05),and there were differences between group B1,B2,B3 and B4(P<0.05).The score of the pole climbing experiment(upper part)that there were statistically significant differences in scores of time and intervention methods(P<0.05),and the experimental score of group B1 was lower than that of group A and group B2(P<0.05),and the experimental score of group B2 was higher than that of group B4(P<0.05).The score of the pole climbing experiment(lower part)that there were statistically significant differences in scores of time and intervention methods(P<0.05),and the experimental scores of B1,B2,B3 and B4 groups were lower than those of group A(P<0.05),and the experimental score of group B4 was higher than that of group B1(P<0.05).The score of hanging test that there were significant differences in scores of time and intervention methods(P<0.05),and the experimental scores of B1,B2,B3 and B4 were lower than those of group A(P<0.05),and the scores of B2,B3 and B4 groups were higher than those of B1 group(P<0.05).The score of the swimming test that there were statistically significant differences in scores of intervention methods(P<0.05),and there was no statistically significant differences in time(P>0.05),and the score of group B1 was lower than that of group A(P<0.05),and the experimental s
