摘  要:探究了在不同退火温度下,中锰Q&P钢微观组织演变和力学性能的特征。深入分析了残余奥氏体含量及稳定性、残余奥氏体的形貌特征,讨论了其加工硬化行为和TRIP效应。研究发现,退火温度的改变能显著影响残余奥氏体含量及微观形貌特征,位错密度能显著改善残余奥氏体机械稳定性,不同形态的奥氏体结构的交错分布更有利于性能的改善。当退火温度达到700℃时,抗拉强度为1290 MPa,延伸率为34.08%,强塑积可达43.96GPa·%。The microstructure evolution and mechanical properties of medium manganese Q&P steel under different annealing temperatures were explored.The content and stability of residual austenite,the morphological characteristics of residual austenite were analyzed in depth,and its work hardening behavior and TRIP effect were discussed.It is found that the change of annealing temperature can significantly affect the content and micromorphology characteristics of residual austenite,the dislocation density can significantly improve the mechanical stability of residual austenite,and the staggered distribution of different forms of austenite structure is more conducive to the improvement of performance.When the annealing temperature reaches 700℃,the tensile strength is 1290 MPa,the elongation is 34.08%,and the strong plastic volume can reach 43.96 GPa·%.
