摘  要:某燃机C轴承盖铸件是新研发的重要球铁件之一,该件壁厚差异大、无损检测要求高、加工复杂、铸造难度大。介绍了铸造工艺方案的选择以及首件生产过程中遇到的问题和采取的应对措施,最终解决了质量问题,完成了该铸件研发和交付。The C-bearing cap casting of a gas turbine is one of the important ductile iron parts newly developed,which has large wall thickness differences,high non-destructive testing requirements,complex processing and difficult casting.The selection of the casting process scheme and the problems encountered in the production process of the first article and the countermeasures taken were introduced,and the quality problems were finally solved,and the R&D and delivery of the casting were completed.
