摘 要:给出了一种在3DP打印设备混砂罐上增加加热器来控制混后砂子温度的方案。加热器加热混砂罐罐体,罐体温度升高,从而使得混合后的砂子温度升高,达到控制混合后砂子温度的目的。对系统进行热分析,推导出了各环节的传递函数形式,结合理论计算与系统辨识确定了各传递函数的参数。通过模拟仿真对比出PID控制比开关控制具有更好的控制精度,在原砂温度有较大扰动情况下,可以实现混合后砂子温度在3.1℃范围内波动。最后实验验证了开关控制的效果,证明本文给出的方案具有可行性,并且本文中建立的模型符合实际情况。A scheme is given to add a heater to the mixing tank of the 3D printing equipment to control the temperature of the mixed sand.The heater heats the tank body of the mixed sand tank,and the temperature of the tank body increases,so that the temperature of the mixed sand increases,so as to achieve the purpose of controlling the temperature of the mixed sand.The thermal analysis of the system was carried out,the transfer function form of each link was deduced,and the parameters of each transfer function were determined by combining theoretical calculation and system identification.Through simulation,it is shown that PID control has better control accuracy than switch control,and the temperature of the mixed sand can fluctuate in the range of 3.1℃when the raw sand temperature is disturbed.Finally,the experimental results verify the effect of switch control,which proves that the scheme proposed in this paper is feasible and the model established in this paper is in line with the actual situation.
