摘　　要：镫骨型耳硬化症患者行首次镫骨手术后,在后续随访中,约10%~20%的患者可能需再次甚至多次镫骨修正术,镫骨修正术的术后效果远低于首次手术,随着修正手术次数的增加,听力改善的效果更差、手术风险更大。文章结合近年相关文献,对镫骨修正术的手术适应症、术前评估、术中情况及手术处理、术后听力恢复效果等方面进行综述。After the initial stapes surgery,about 10%~20%of patients with stapes otosclerosis may need to undergo revision stapes surgery,sometimes multiple times,and outcomes in these revision stapes surgeries are often less satisfactory than after the initial operation,with risks for surgical complications increasing as the number of revision surgery increases.Based on relevant literatures in recent years,this article reviews the surgical indications,preoperative evaluation,management of intraoperative findings and postoperative hearing outcomes in revision stapes surgery.
