摘　　要：趣店集团新总部位于厦门,建成后将成为厦门互联网、科技创新和城市发展的一张名片,成为厦门经济建设和科技创新的先驱。本项目钢结构采用上部巨型拱+下部悬吊结构体系,节点复杂,用钢量大,且周边环境复杂,施工难度很大。简要介绍了项目总体施工思路,并详细阐述了履带吊加固通道设计、临时支撑设计、吊柱施工和结构卸载。The new headquarters of Qudian Group is located in Xiamen.After completion,it will become a business card for Xiamen’s internet,scientific and technological innovation and urban development,and a pioneer in Xiamen’s economic construction and scientific and technological innovation.The steel structure of the project adopts the upper giant arch+lower suspension structure system,with complex nodes,large amount of steel,complex surrounding environment and great construction difficulty.This paper briefly introduces the overall construction idea of the project,and expounds in detail the reinforcement channel design,temporary support design,davit construction technology and structural unloading of crawler crane.
