摘 要:碱激发胶凝材料是一种由硅铝酸盐矿物在碱激发剂的激发活化作用下形成的无机胶凝材料,具有强度高、耐久性优异、绿色环保等优点。为明确碱激发胶凝材料在溶洞等充填领域的应用现状,简要介绍了碱激发胶凝材料胶结骨料的反应机理,分别阐述了碱激发矿渣、粉煤灰、尾矿和有色金属冶炼渣等胶凝材料在充填领域的研究进展,概括提出了碱激发胶凝材料在充填领域的下一步研究发展趋势。结论表明,碱激发胶凝材料胶结骨料的反应机理主要包括溶解、解聚、缩聚和固化等阶段,相较于水泥基胶结充填体,碱激发矿渣、粉煤灰、尾矿和有色金属冶炼渣胶结充填体表现出了更为显著的力学特性、工作性能、成本低廉和环境相容性。Alkali activated cementitious material is an inorganic cementitious material formed by aluminosilicate minerals under the action of alkali activator,which has the advantages of high strength,excellent durability and green environmental protection.In order to clarify the current situation of the application of alkali activated cementitious material in the field of filling,this paper briefly introduces the reaction mechanism of alkali activated cementitious material cementified aggregates,describes the research progress of alkali activated cementitious materials such as slag,fly ash,tailings and non-ferrous metal smelting slag in the field of filling,and outlines the next research development trend of alkali activated cementitious material in the field of filling.It is concluded that the reaction mechanism of alkali activated cementitious material cementified aggregates mainly includes dissolution,depolymerization,condensation and solidification,and the alkali activated slag,fly ash,tailings and non-ferrous metal smelting slag fillings exhibit more significant mechanical properties,workability,low cost and environmental compatibility than cement based filling.
