摘  要:以济南齐鲁黄河大桥为例,网状系杆拱不规则截面钢箱拱桥建造线形控制是一个较为复杂的过程,需从技术准备、拱节段加工、大节段试拼装、桥位安装等阶段重点控制,针对各个阶段主要控制点的研究,制定技术实施方案或作业指导书,严格控制各个工序技术项点或要求,通过项目实践,钢箱拱建造线形满足设计要求,线形顺滑,观感优良。Taking Ji’nan Qilu Yellow River Bridge as an example,the linear control of steel box arch bridge construction with irregular section of mesh-tied arch is a relatively complex process,which needs to be controlled mainly from the stages of technical preparation,arch section processing,large section trial assembly,bridge location installation,etc..According to the research of main control points at each stage,it formulates technical implementation plans or operation instructions,and strictly controls the technical points or requirements of each process,and finally passes through the project practice.Results show that:the steel box arch construction line meets the design requirements,the line shape is smooth,and the appearance is excellent as well.
