摘 要:对于低渗透率油井,采用间歇采油制度能有效避免空抽磨损,并减少电能消耗量。为此通过分析沉没度和地层流压随抽油机井生产时间变化的规律,从系统节能的角度出发,建立以采油总产量最大、能耗最低为目标的间歇采油制度多目标优化模型。引入NSGA-Ⅱ并改进该算法对间歇采油制度多目标优化模型求解,运用改进算法得到的Pareto最优解的多样性和收敛性,合理优化抽油机的最优停机时间,最大效率地提升采油效率的同时,最小化电能消耗量。试验结果表明,基于Pareto多目标遗传算法的间歇采油机制优化具有明显的优势,在优化系统效率的同时能够有效减少电能消耗。研究结果可为油井间歇采油机制的改进和优化提供有力的技术支持。For low-permeability oil wells,the adoption of intermittent oil recovery mechanism can effectively avoid wear and tear of empty pumping and reduce power consumption simultaneously.Through analyzing the variation of submergence depth and formation flowing pressure with the production time of pumping wells,from the perspective of energy saving of the system,a multi-objective optimization model for intermittent oil recovery system was established,in order to maximize the total oil production and minimize the energy consumption.Then,the NSGA-Ⅱwas introduced and improved to solve the multi-objective optimization model of intermittent oil recovery system.Finally,the diversity and convergence of Pareto optimal solution obtained from the improved NSGA-Ⅱalgorithm were used to reasonably optimize the optimal stop time of the pumping unit,maximizing oil recovery efficiency while minimizing power consumption.The comparison of test results shows that the optimization of intermittent oil recovery mechanism based on Pareto multi-objective genetic algorithm is obviously advantageous in effectively reducing power consumption while optimizing the system efficiency.The research results provide strong method and technical support for the improvement and optimization of intermittent oil recovery mechanism of oil wells.
