摘  要:随着油田大规模的开发,连续管钻磨桥塞技术得到广泛应用。然而该技术在现场应用中会由于桥塞碎屑的堆积而造成钻磨时效低、井下故障频发等一系列工程难题。为此,探究在水平井眼多形态流域桥塞碎屑的运移规律很有必要。运用CFD数值模拟方法,对水平井段连续管不同形态时的桥塞碎屑进行运移规律研究,探究当边界条件不同(钻磨液黏度、钻磨液流量、固相初始体积分数)时各个截面上桥塞碎屑的体积分数的变化规律。研究结果表明:钻磨液黏度的增加、钻磨液流量的减少、固相初始体积分数的降低都有利于桥塞碎屑的运移;并且当连续管在中心时出口处的桥塞碎屑体积分数比连续管螺旋屈曲时的要高26.5%;碎屑初始体积分数对碎屑运移的影响最大。所得结论可有效预防井下卡钻等风险。As the oilfield is developed extensively,the bridge plug milling by coiled tubing has been widely applied.However,when the technology is applied in the field,a series of engineering problems such as low mill-ing time efficiency and frequent downhole failures occur,due to the accumulation of bridge debris.Therefore,it is awfully necessary to explore the migration law of bridge debris in the polymorphic flow domain of horizontal well-bore.The CFD numerical simulation method was used to study the migration of bridge debris under different mor-phologies of coiled tubing in horizontal section,and explore the variation of volume fraction of bridge debris on each section under different boundary conditions(viscosity and flow rate of milling fluid,initial volume fraction of solid phase).The results show that an increase in the viscosity of milling fluid,a decrease in the flow rate of mill-ing fluid and a decrease in the initial volume fraction of solid phase are all favorable for the migration of bridge deb-ris.When the coiled tubing is at the center,the volume fraction of bridge debris at the outlet is 26.5%higher than that at the time of spiral buckling of coiled tubing,and the initial volume fraction of debris has the greatest impact on debris migration.The research conclusions effectively prevent risks such as downhole sticking.
