摘  要:钻爆法开挖是隧道工程开挖的重要方法之一,且天然岩体中赋存大量节理裂隙,会对隧道爆破质量产生严重的影响,目前隧道爆破设计方法仍以经验法为主,且缺乏对节理裂隙的考虑。本文通过使用新型地质扫描仪进行裂隙确定并研究了裂隙岩体隧道爆破设计方法,包括炮孔布置、装药量计算、起爆方式选择等方面,并以华家山隧道DK142+201.3上台阶为试验断面进行现场应用,验证了设计方法的可行性和有效性。现场测试结果表明,本文提出的裂隙岩体隧道爆破设计方法可以提高爆破效果,降低爆破对周围环境的影响,为类似工程提供参考。Drlling and blasting excavation is one of the important methods of tunnel engineering excavation,and the natural rock body endowed with many joints and fissures,which will have a serious impact on the quality of tunnel blasting,the current design method of tunnel blasting is still based on empirical method,and lacks of consideration for joints and fissures.In this paper,a new type of geological scanner is used to determine the fissure and study the fissure rock tunnel blasting design method,including the arrangement of the borehole,charge calculation,detonation mode selection,etc.Moreover,the DK142+201.3 upper step of Huajiashan Tunnel is taken as a test section for the field application to verify the feasibility and validity of the design method.The field test results show that the tunnel blasting design method proposed in this paper for fissured rock body can improve the blasting effect,reduce the impact of blasting on the surrounding environment,and provide reference for similar projects.
