摘 要:西十铁路汉江特大桥的跨径布置为(67+70+73+420+73+70+67)m斜拉桥+2×32 m简支梁,两座索塔结构相同,均为塔高186.5 m的H型索塔设计,采用单箱单室矩形截面,索塔施工中具有上下横梁施工难度大、索导管等预埋部件定位加固难度大、索塔线形测量难度大等特点,通过超高索塔施工关键技术研究的开展,形成了索塔临时对撑、对拉技术、上下横梁高空装配式托架现浇技术、索导管精确定位加固技术以及索塔施工线形控制技术,实现了超高索塔的顺利施工,提升了建设质量的同时为将来类似超高索塔以及墩柱的施工积累了宝贵的经验。The span arrangement of the new Hanjiang Grand Bridge on Xi'an-Shiyan Railway is(67+70+73+420+73+70+67)m cable-stayed bridge+2 x32 m simple supported beam.The two tower structures are the same,both of which are H-type cable tower design with tower height of 186.5 m.The rectangular section of single box and single cell is adopted.The construction of cable tower is characterized by difficulty in the construction of upper and lower beams,difficulty in positioning and strengthening of embedded components such as cable conduit,dfficulty in measurement of cable tower alignment,etc.Through the development of research on key technologies of construction of ultra-high cable tower,the temporary bracing and pulling technology of cable tower,cast-in-place technology of high-altitude assembly bracket of upper and lower beam,precise positioning and strengthening technology of cable conduit and linear control technology of cable tower construction are formed.It achieves the smooth construction of ultra-high cable tower,improves the construction quality,and accumulates valuable experience for the construction of similar ultra-high cable tower and pier column in the future.
