摘 要:以肇庆新区康盛花园项目岩溶发育区块桩基施工为例,重点介绍了水位呈“潮汐式”变化工况下桩基施工技术。针对岩溶发育地区桩基水位“潮汐式”变化给桩基施工带来对桩基泥浆护壁冲刷岩溶,形成泥浆护壁困难,水土流失严重,桩基施工过程中扰动引起反复塌陷,溶洞填充后仍为流速状不稳定等问题,通过利用电磁波跨孔CT法探测技术进行溶洞探测,加强“潮汐”水位观测,注浆加固作业范围土体,多层钢护筒跟进以及利用气举反循环法进行桩基清孔等多种辅助技术措施,成功解决了潮汐水位变化岩溶发育地区桩基成孔的相关难题,确保了工程质量和施工安全,丰富了施工经验,对建造类似工程具有较好借鉴意义。Taking the pile foundation construction of the karst development block of the Kangsheng Garden Project in Zhaoqing New District as an example,this paper focuses on the pile foundation construction technology under the condition of tidal changes in water level.In response to the'tidal'changes in the water level of pile foundations in karst developed areas,which cause erosion of the mud protection wall of the pile foundation,difficulty in forming the mud protection wall,severe soil erosion,repeated collapse caused by disturbance during pile foundation construction,and unstable flow velocity after filling the karst cave,the electromagnetic wave cross hole CT detection technology is used to detect the karst cave,strengthen the observation of the'tidal'water level,and reinforce the soil within the operation range through grouting,multiple auxiliary technical measures such as multi-layer steel casing fllow-up and the use of gas lift reverse circulation method for pile foundation hole cleaning have successfully solved the related problems of pile foundation hole formation in areas with tidal water level changes and karst development,ensuring engineering quality and construction safety,enriching construction experience,and having good reference significance for similar construction projects.
