摘　　要：目的:研究Lite Touch铒激光辅助治疗慢性牙周炎伴2型糖尿病的效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年12月内蒙古科技大学包头医学院第一附属医院口腔科收治的慢性牙周炎伴2型糖尿病患者60例患者作为研究对象,随机分为试验组与对照组,各30例。对照组进行牙周基础治疗,试验组在对照组基础上进行Lite Touch铒激光辅助治疗。比较两组牙周临床指标。结果:治疗前,两组菌斑指数(PLI)、探诊深度(PD)、附着丧失(CAL)及出血指数(BI)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后1、3个月,试验组PD、BI低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后1、3个月,两组PLI与CAL比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后6个月,两组PLI比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后6个月,试验组PD、CAL与BI低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Lite Touch铒激光辅助治疗慢性牙周炎伴2型糖尿病的效果较好,能够优化牙周临床指标。Objective:To study the therapeutic effect of Lite Touch erbium dental laser in assisting treatment of chronic periodontitis with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:60 patients with chronic periodontitis with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to the Department of Stomatology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Baotou Medical College,Inner Mongolia University of Science and Technology,from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 30 cases each.The control group was treated with basic periodontal therapy,and the experimental group was treated with Lite Touch erbium dental laser on the basis of the control group.The periodontal indexes of the two groups were compared.Results:Before treatment,the plaque index(PLI),probing depth(PD),clinical attachment loss(CAL)and bleeding index(BI)of the two groups were compared,and the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05);one and three months after treatment,the PD and BI of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);one and three months after treatment,the comparison of the PLI and CAL of the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05);At 6 months after treatment,the PLI of the two groups was compared,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);at 6 months after treatment,the PD,CAL&BI of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Lite Touch erbium dental laser-assisted treatment of chronic periodontitis with type 2 diabetes mellitus is more effective and can optimize clinical periodontal indexes.
