参五秦艽汤内服联合黑敷药外敷治疗痛风性关节炎合并慢性肾功能不全的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:分析参五秦艽汤内服联合黑敷药外敷治疗痛风性关节炎合并慢性肾功能不全的临床效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年6月常州市中医医院收治的痛风性关节炎合并慢性肾功能不全患者76例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各38例。对照组采用基础治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用参五秦艽汤内服联合黑敷药外敷。比较两组治疗前后血清生化指标、临床疗效。结果:治疗后,两组患者尿酸、血肌酐、尿素氮、C反应蛋白水平均降低,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组临床疗效有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.042)。结论:对于痛风性关节炎合并慢性肾功能不全患者,参五秦艽汤内服联合黑敷药外敷的疗效显著,可降低血清生化指标水平。Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect of Shenwu Qinjiao Decoction combined with external plaster application therapy in the treatment of gouty arthritis with chronic renal insufficiency.Methods:76 patients with gouty arthritis combined with chronic renal insufficiency admitted to Changzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the control group and the observation group,each with 38 cases by using the method of randomized numerical table.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,while the observation group was treated with internal administration of Shenwu Qinjiao Decoction combined with external Plaster application therapy on the basis of the control group.The serum biochemical indexes and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the levels of uric acid,blood creatinine,urea nitrogen and C-reactive protein of the two groups were reduced,and the observation group was lower than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);the clinical efficacy of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P=0.042).Conclusion:For patients with gouty arthritis and chronic renal insufficiency,the therapeutic effect of internal administration of Shenwu Qinjiao Decoction combined with external application therapy is remarkable,which can reduce the level of serum bio⁃chemical indexes.
