艾灸疗法配合氧化锌软膏在新生儿红臀中的护理研究

摘　　要：目的:分析艾灸疗法配合氧化锌软膏在新生儿红臀中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年11月—2023年6月梅州市中医医院收治的红臀患儿40例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,各20例。对照组给予氧化锌软膏涂抹治疗,试验组在对照组基础上联合艾灸疗法治疗。比较两组患儿红臀消退时间、护理满意度、不良反应发生率、复发情况。结果:试验组红臀消退时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);试验组患儿家长的护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.035);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.035)。结论:艾灸疗法配合氧化锌软膏在新生儿红臀中的应用效果显著,可以缩短红臀消退时间,预防复发,且安全性较好,患儿家长的满意度较高。Objective:To analyze the application effect of moxibustion therapy combined with zinc oxide ointment in newborn red buttock.Methods:Forty children with red buttock treated in Meizhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and experimental group according to random number table method,with twenty cases in each group.The control group was treated with zinc oxide ointment,and the experimental group was treated with moxibustion therapy on the basis of the control group.The time of red buttock regression,nursing satisfaction,incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results:The regression time of red buttock in experimental group was shorter than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);The nursing satisfaction of parents in experimental group was higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.035);There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05);The recurrence rate of experimental group was lower than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.035).Conclusion:The application of moxibustion therapy combined with zinc oxide ointment in newborn red buttocks is remarkable,which can shorten the time of red buttock regression and prevent recurrence,and the safety is good,and the satisfaction of parents of children is high.
