摘　　要：目的:探究医院-家庭一体化护理模式对晚期肺癌患者的影响。方法:选取2021年5月—2023年5月首都医科大学附属北京胸科医院收治的晚期肺癌患者86例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各43例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用医院-家庭一体化护理模式。比较两组生活质量、心理健康水平、自我效能感、疼痛程度及睡眠质量评分。结果:护理后,两组心理、生理、环境、社会关系评分均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组交流、恐惧、抑郁及精神疾病性水平评分均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组自护技能、自护责任感、自我概念、健康知识分析评分均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组疼痛数字评价量表、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表评分均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对肺癌晚期患者实施医院-家庭一体化护理模式干预,可提高患者生活质量,改善其心理健康水平,增强自我效能感,减轻疼痛程度,保障睡眠质量。Objective:To investigate the impact of hospital-family integrated nursing care model on patients with advanced lung cancer.Methods:86 patients with advanced lung cancer admitted to Beijing Chest Hospital of Capital Medical University from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group,each with 43 cases,according to the method of randomized numerical table.The control group adopted conventional nursing care,and the observation group adopted hospital-family integrated nursing model.Quality of life,mental health level,self-efficacy,pain level and sleep quality scores were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing intervention,the psychological,physi⁃ological,environmental and social relationship scores of both groups were higher than those before nursing,and the observation group was higher than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);the scores of communication,fear,de⁃pression and psychiatric morbidity level of both groups were lower than before nursing care,and the observation group was lower than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);the scores of self-care skills,sense of responsibility for self-care,and self-concept,health knowledge analysis scores of both groups were higher than those before nursing,and the obser⁃vation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the pain numerical evalua⁃tion scale and Pittsburgh sleep quality index scaled scores of both groups were lower than before nursing,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of hospital-family integrated nursing model for patients with advanced lung cancer can improve their quality of life,improve their mental health,enhance their sense of self-efficacy,reduce the degree of pain,and guarantee the quality of sleep.
