精细化饮食护理在小儿扁桃体炎围术期护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的:研究精细化饮食护理在小儿扁桃体炎围术期护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年1月黔南民族医学高等专科学校第二附属医院收治的扁桃体炎患儿70例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各35例。对照组给予常规围术期护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予精细化饮食护理。比较两组患儿术后咽痛程度和营养状况。结果:观察组术后1、3、5、7 d疼痛数字评分法评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);术后,两组血清白蛋白、血红蛋白、前白蛋白、转铁蛋白水平均升高,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:精细化饮食护理在扁桃体炎患儿围术期护理中应用效果较好,可明显改善患儿术后咽痛症状和营养状况。Objective:to study the application effect of refined dietary care in perioperative nursing of pediatric tonsillitis.Methods:70 cases of children with tonsillitis admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Qiannan Medical College for Nationalities from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the observation group and the control group,each with 35 cases,by using the method of randomized numerical table.The control group was given conventional perioperative care,and the observation group was given refined dietary care on the basis of the control group.The degree of sore throat and nutritional status of the children after the operation in the two groups were compared.Results:The pain numerical scoring method score of the observation group was lower than those of the control group at 1,3,5 and 7 days after operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);after operation,the levels of serum albumin,hemoglobin,prealbumin and transferrin were elevated in the two groups,and the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of refined dietary care in the perioperative nursing of children with tonsillitis is more effective,which can significantly improve sore throat after operation and nutritional status of children.
