优质护理管理模式在慢性咽喉炎患者雾化吸入治疗中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨慢性咽喉炎雾化吸入治疗中优质护理管理模式的效果。方法:选取2020年2月—2023年2月广州市中西医结合医院收治的慢性咽喉炎患者100例作为观察对象,依据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各50例。对照组采用传统护理管理模式,观察组采用优质护理管理模式。统计分析两组心理状态、生活质量、护理质量、护理满意度及恢复时间。结果:护理后,两组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分均下降,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组躯体、认知、情绪、社会评分均升高,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组基础护理、体征观察、健康教育、临床操作评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.006);观察组恢复时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:在慢性咽喉炎雾化吸入治疗中应用优质护理管理模式的效果较好,可改善患者心理状态与生活质量,提升护理质量,促进患者恢复,患者护理满意度较高。Objective:To explore the effect of quality nursing management mode in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis with atomizing inhalation.Methods:A total of one hundred patients with chronic pharyngitis treated in Guangzhou Hospital of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine from February 2020 to February 2023 were selected as observation objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with fifty cases in each group.The control group adopted traditional nursing management mode,and the observation group adopted quality nursing management mode.The psychological state,quality of life,nursing quality,nursing satisfaction and recovery time of the two groups were analyzed statistically.Results:After nursing,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale decreased in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The physical,cognitive,emotional and social scores of the two groups were increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The scores of basic nursing,physical signs observation,health education and clinical operation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.006);The recovery time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The application of quality nursing management mode in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis has a good effect,which can improve the psychological state and quality of life of patients,enhance the quality of nursing,promote the recovery of patients,and the patient's nursing satisfaction is high.
