摘  要:目的:研究不同RhD抗原鉴定技术在临床输血中应用效能及安全性。方法:选取2021年7月—2023年2月济南市章丘区人民医院需要输血的患者1126例作为研究对象,进行血清学试验及RhD抗原鉴定。对微柱凝胶抗球蛋白法(MGCT)、凝聚胺法(MPT)、盐水法的效能进行比较,使用受试者工作特征曲线分析三种检测方法的效能。结果:谱细胞检测RhD抗原(Rh+)1115例,无RhD抗原(Rh−)11例。MGCT的Kappa值为0.816,与谱细胞检测一致性最高。MGCT曲线下面积>MPT、盐水法,MPT曲线下面积>盐水法。结论:三种RhD抗原鉴定技术中,MGCT在RhD抗原鉴定中表现最佳,有利于保证临床输血安全。Objective:To study the efficacy and safety of different RhD antigen identification techniques in clinical blood transfusion.Methods:A total of one thousand one hundred and twenty-six patients requiring blood transfusion in Jinan Zhangqiu District People's Hospital from July 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects for serological test and RhD antigen identification.The efficacy of microcolumn gel antiglobulin method(MGCT),condensed amine method(MPT)and saline method was compared,and the efficacy of the three methods was analyzed by receiver operating characteristic curve.Results:RhD antigen(Rh+)was detected in 1115 cases and no RhD antigen(Rh-)in 11 cases;The Kappa value of MGCT was 0.816,which was the highest consistent with spectral cell detection;Area under MGCT curve>MPT and saline method,area under MPT curve>saline method.Conclusion:Among the three RhD antigen identification techniques,MGCT has the best performance in RhD antigen identification,which is conducive to ensuring the safety of clinical blood transfusion.
