摘 要:文章选取湖南省娄底涟源市某煤矿区住宅区进行夏季热环境实测研究,通过实地热环境监测、结合问卷调研收集数据,基于热感觉投票、热舒适投票与生理等效温度进行回归分析。研究结果表明,环境温度处于中性范围内,夏季热中性生理等效温度为27.16℃,夏季热舒适生理等效温度为31.61℃,并提出改善住区热环境的设计策略,可通过增设屋面保温板、优化屋面构造层次,推广绿色屋顶和垂直绿化等措施改善热环境。影响住宅室内外热环境因素的温湿度的研究有助于改善居民夏季户外活动热舒适度。This study was conducted in a residential area of a coal mine in Lianyuan city,Loudi city,Hunan province,focusing on the thermal environment during the summer season.The research involved on-site thermal environment monitoring combined with data collection through questionnaires.The regression analysis was based on thermal sensation voting,thermal comfort voting,and the Physiological Equivalent Temperature.The results show that the ambient temperature is in the neutral range,the hot-neutral Physiological Equivalent Temperature in summer is 27.16℃,the thermal comfort Physiological Equivalent Temperature in summer is 31.61℃,and the design strategy to improve the thermal environment of the residential area is proposed,which can be improved by adding roof insulation board,optimizing the roof structure level,promoting green roof and vertical greening.The study of temperature affecting the thermal environment of residential buildings is helpful to improve the thermal comfort of outdoor activities in summer.
