摘　　要：当代中国青年身处新时代,应接受新时代的号召,积极成长为时代需要的高素质专业人才。高校教育工作应注重加强对专业课的课程思政建设,以“涂料工艺学”为思政建设的研究对象,通过深入挖掘专业课程之中蕴含的思政元素,引导青年学生能够深刻感受爱岗敬业的职业精神,培养学生精益求精的科研精神以及不断追求卓越和创新的进取精神,培养学生对环境保护、健康、安全方面的意识,激励专业学生积极响应新时代工匠精神和劳模精神的号召,鼓励青年学生成长为卓越工程师,争取在今后就业过程中能够为行业和社会的进步做出重要的贡献。Contemporary China youth are in a new era,so they should accept the call of the new era and actively grow into high-quality professionals needed by the times.Educational work in colleges and universities should pay attention to strengthening ideological and political construction of specialized courses.This paper takes Coating Technology as the research object of ideological and political construction,and deeply digs the hidden ideological and political elements of this specialized course,so as to guide young students to deeply feel the professional spirit and morality of loving their jobs and dedication,cultivate students’scientific research spirit of excellence and enterprising spirit of continuous pursuit of excellence and innovation,and cultivate students’awareness of environmental protection,health and safety.Encourage professional students to actively respond to the call of“craftsmanship spirit”and“model worker spirit”in the new era,encourage young students to grow into outstanding engineers,and strive to make important contributions to the progress of industry and society in the future employment process.
