摘　　要：地方高校为经济社会发展提供了大量高层次应用型专门人才,是培养工程类硕士专业学位研究生的重要载体。如何提高地方高校人才培养质量,对于创新型国家建设和地方产业发展具有重要意义。进入新时代,地方高校培养工程类硕士面临学生基础知识薄弱、人才培养模式不清晰、产教融合不够深入和导师队伍不够“工程化”等挑战。对此,地方高校需要在产教融合、导师队伍建设、培养评价体系和本研贯通等方面积极作为,加强改革,努力提升人才培养质量。Local colleges provide a large number of high-level application-oriented professionals for economic and social development,which are an important carrier to train engineering masters.How to improve the quality of talent training in local colleges is of great significance to the construction of an innovative country and the development of local industries.In the new era,local colleges are facing the challenges of weak basic knowledge of students,unclear talent training mode,inadequate integration of production and teaching,and insufficient“engineering”of the tutor team.Local colleges need to make active efforts in the integration of production and education,the construction of supervisor teams,the training and evaluation system and the integration of undergraduate and postgraduate,meanwhile strengthen reform and strive to improve the quality of talent training.
