摘 要:为提高絮凝沉降试验的智能化水平和分析精准度,采用自主研发的尾砂智能浓密试验装置,进行了磷尾砂絮凝沉降特性试验。研究结果表明:尾砂浆进料浓度与固体通量之间呈倒对勾状的函数关系,在进料浓度10%~18%时对应的固体通量维持在高位;随着尾砂浆进料浓度增大,底流浓度和溢流水浊度均升高,最佳的尾砂浆进料浓度为15%,底流浓度超过72.7%;该尾砂智能浓密试验装置自动化操作和智能化分析提高了试验结果的精准度,可为矿山选择适当的絮凝沉降参数提供参考。In order to improve the intelligence level and analysis accuracy of flocculation sedimenta-tion test,the flocculation sedimentation characteristics test of phosphorus tailings was carried out by the self-developed tailings intelligent thickening test device.The results show that the relationship between the feed concentration of tail mortar and the solid flux is an inverted hook function,and the solid flux is main-tained at a high level when the feed concentration is 10%~18%.With the increase of the feed concentration of the tailings slurry,the underflow concentration and the turbidity of the overflow water increase.The opti-mal feed concentration of the tailings slurry is 15%,and the underflow concentration exceeds 72.7%.The automatic operation and intelligent analysis of the tailings intelligent thickening test device improve the ac-curacy of the test results,which can provide a reference for the mine to select the appropriate flocculation sedimentation parameters.
