摘 要:为进一步优化齐大山铁矿碎磨工艺流程与设备配置,对其碎磨流程进行了流程考查。结果表明:结合设备配置复杂程度及原矿处理量看,新破碎系统效率更高;现场新系统筛分效率整体优于老系统,因此,老系统细碎筛分效率有提高的空间;各作业旋流器分级效率均不理想,一段分级效率整体优于二段分级及粗细分级效率;现场二段球磨机的能量利用效率较低,且一段磨矿效果优于二段磨矿;流程考查分析结果可为新设备、新工艺的应用奠定基础。In order to further optimize the crushing grinding process and equipment configuration of Qidashan Iron Mine,the crushing and grinding process was investigated.The results show that the new crushing system is more efficient in combination with the complexity of equipment configuration and the amount of raw ore treatment.The screening efficiency of the new system on site is better than that of the old system.Therefore,the fine screening efficiency of the old system has room for improvement.The classifica-tion efficiency of each operation cyclone is not ideal,and the classification efficiency of the first stage is bet-ter than that of the second stage and the coarse fine classification efficiency.The energy utilization efficiency of the on-site second stage ball mill is low,and the first stage grinding effect is better than the second stage grinding.The results of the process investigation analysis can lay a foundation for the application of new equipment and new technology.
