摘　　要：镉(Cadmium,Cd)是一种有毒的环境污染物。镉污染不仅是危害家禽健康生产的难题,也是关乎动物源食品安全的公共卫生问题。文章综述了家禽养殖行业镉污染现状、镉对家禽的毒性作用、镉毒性的分子机制及营养干预控制技术,以期为保障家禽健康生产提供参考。Cadmium(Cd)is a kind of toxic environmental pollutant.Cadmium pollution is not only a problem endangering the health of poultry production,but also a public health issue related to the safety of animal source food.In this paper,the current situation of cadmium pollution in poultry breeding indus⁃try,the toxic effects of cadmium on poultry,the molecular mechanism of cadmium toxicity and nutrition intervention control techniques were reviewed,in order to provide reference for ensuring the health of poultry production.
