摘　　要：在断奶仔猪饲粮中添加高剂量或药用剂量的氧化锌(2 500~4 000 mg/kg)可减少仔猪腹泻的发生,同时也能促进断奶仔猪生长。但是高剂量的氧化锌也带来了一系列问题,如环境污染、细菌产生耐药性、改变肠道微生物组成等,且氧化锌长期高剂量使用会造成仔猪毒性效应。所以,亟需一种饲粮中高剂量氧化锌减量替代策略。文章在前人研究基础上,概述了饲粮中添加高剂量氧化锌在断奶仔猪上的实际应用效果和发挥效用的可能机制以及氧化锌替代物的研究现状,以期为高剂量氧化锌减量替代提供理论依据和实践指导。The addition of high dosage or medicinal dosage dietary zinc oxide(2500-4000 mg/kg)to the weaned piglet diet can alleviate diarrhea and promote the growth of weaned piglets.However,the high dosage dietary zinc oxide led to a series of problems,such as environmental pollution,bacterial resis⁃tance,modification of intestinal flora composition and so on,and prolonged use of high dosage dietary zinc oxide led to toxic effect in weaned piglets.It is urgent to find a feasible reduction and alternative strategy for high dosage dietary zinc oxide.In this review,on the basis of previous studies,the practical application and possible mechanism of high dosage zinc oxide in weaned piglets and the research ad⁃vances of some zinc oxide substitutes were summarized.In order to provide theoretical basis and practi⁃cal guidance for the reduction and substitute of high dosage zinc oxide.
