摘　　要：试验应用Meta分析评估日粮中添加枯草芽孢杆菌对肉鸡生长性能的影响,为枯草芽孢杆菌在家禽生产中的应用提供理论依据。检索收集2017年1月1日至2023年4月1日在中国知网、万方数据库、Web of Science、PubMed等数据库中发表的枯草芽孢杆菌对肉鸡生长性能影响的相关文献,利用Review Manager 5.4和Stata 17进行Meta数据分析、亚组分析及敏感性分析并绘制相关图表。结果表明:在日粮中添加枯草芽孢杆菌,可以显著提高肉鸡的平均日增重(ADG)[SMD=2.02,95%CI(1.49,2.55),P<0.00001]、平均日采食量(ADFI)[SMD=0.57,95%CI(0.08,1.06),P=0.02<0.05],降低料重比(F/G)[SMD=-1.40,95%CI(-2.05,-0.75),P<0.0001]。综上所述,日粮中添加枯草芽孢杆菌可以提高肉鸡的ADG、ADFI,降低F/G,提高生长性能。This study applied a meta-analysis to evaluate the effects of adding Bacillus subtilis to the diet on the growth performance of broiler chickens,providing a theoretical basis for the application of Bacillus subtilis in poultry production.Relevant lit⁃erature on the effects of Bacillus subtilis on the growth performance of broiler chickens published between January 1,2017 and April 1,2023 was retrieved and collected from databases such as CNKI,Wanfang,Web of Science,and PubMed.The meta-data analysis,subgroup analysis,and sensitivity analysis were conducted using Review Man⁃ager 5.4 and Stata 17,and related figures were drawn.The results showed that adding Bacillus subtilis to the diet can significantly increase the average daily gain(ADG)of broiler chickens[SMD=2.02,95%CI(1.49,2.55),P<0.00001],the average daily feed intake(ADFI)[SMD=0.57,95%CI(0.08,1.06),P=0.02<0.05],and decrease the feed conversion ratio(F/G)[SMD=-1.40,95%CI(-2.05,-0.75),P<0.0001].To sum up,adding Bacillus subtilis to the diet can improve the ADG,ADFI,and F/G of broiler chick⁃ens,and enhance their growth performance.
