摘 要:为了探讨酶制剂与吡啶甲酸铬替代豆油对鲤鱼生长性能和饲料利用的影响,试验选取体重为(7.53±0.02)g的试验鲤鱼630尾,随机分成7组,每组3重复,分别投喂高脂饲料(HL组,脂肪水平6.28%)、中脂饲料(ML组,脂肪水平5.76%)、中脂加酶饲料(MLE组)、中脂加酶加铬饲料(MLEC组)、低脂饲料(LL组,脂肪水平5.26%)、低脂加酶饲料(LLE组)、低脂加酶加铬饲料(LLEC组),试验期为8周。结果表明:MLE组试验鱼粗脂肪表观消化率(ADCFat)较HL组显著提高7.63%;MLEC组试验鱼的增重率(WGR)、特定生长率(SGR)和蛋白质效率比(PER)较HL组分别提高8.59%、5.39%和9.38%,饲料系数(FCR)较HL组降低8.72%,每千克鱼的饲料成本较HL组降低0.71元,投喂1吨饲料的产鱼量较HL组增加56.29 kg;而LLE组和LLEC组试验鱼的WGR、SGR和PER较HL组均降低,饲料成本较HL组均增加,投喂1吨饲料的产鱼量较HL组均降低。综上所述,通过添加酶制剂和吡啶甲酸铬,将高脂饲料的脂肪水平降低0.5%,不会对试验鱼的生长性能和饲料利用造成负面影响,但将脂肪水平降低1.0%,则会产生负面影响。In order to investigate the effects of both enzyme preparation and chromium picolinate instead of soybean oil on the growth performance and feed utilization of common carp,630 experi⁃mental fish with a mass of(7.53±0.02)g were randomly divided into 7 groups with 3 repeats in each group.They were fed by high-lipid diet(HL,lipid level 6.28%),medium-lipid diet(ML,lipid level 5.76%),medium-lipid&enzyme diet(MLE),medium-lipid&enzyme&chromium picolinate diet(MLEC),low-lipid feed(LL,lipid level 5.26%),low-lipid&enzyme feed(LLE),low-lipid&enzyme&chromium picolinate diet(LLEC)for 8 weeks,re⁃spectively.The results showed that,for MLE group,the ADCFat was significantly higher than that of HL group by 7.63%.WGR,SGR and PER of MLEC group was higher than that of HL group by 8.59%,5.39%and 9.38%,respectively.For MLEC group,the FCR was lower than that of HL group by 8.72%.The feed cost of MLEC group was lower than that of HL group by 0.71 yuan per kilogram of common carp.The fish yield of MLEC group fed with 1 t feed was 56.29 kg higher than that of HL group.The nu⁃merical value of WGR,SGR,PER in LLE group and LLEC group were lower than those in HL group.Compared with HL group,the feed cost of LLE group and LLEC group increased.Fed with 1 t feed,the fish yield of LLE group and LLEC group was lower than that of HL group.In conclusion,the lipid level of high lipid feed added with enzyme preparation and chromium picolinate was reduced by 0.5%will not have a negative impact on the growth performance and feed utilization of the experimental fish,but reduc⁃ing the lipid level by 1.0%will have a negative effect.
