摘 要:【目的】了解甘肃省不同居群野生中国沙棘表型分化程度、变异规律及多样性特征。【方法】以收集的49份甘肃省野生中国沙棘资源为研究对象,对14个表型性状进行了系统分析。【结果】中国沙棘14个表型性状在不同居群间都表现出不同程度的差异,平均变异系数大小为甘南(19.35%)>榆中(18.24%)>通渭(17.11%);叶性状间呈极显著正相关关系(P<0.01),与其他性状相关性不显著(P>0.05),千粒质量与枝长表现为极显著相关关系(P>0.01);主成分分析表明:不同居群中国沙棘表型多样性来源贡献率为:枝长>千粒质量>叶长>果纵径>果横径;聚类分析显示,不同居群间野生沙棘的表型性状在地理分布上具有不连续性。【结论】3个不同居群的野生中国沙棘均具有丰富的表型变异和环境适应能力(CV>10%),具有很大的开发潜力和利用价值。【Objective】To understand the degree of differentiation,variation and diversity characteristics of Hippophae rhamnoides subsp.sinensis in different populations in Gansu Province.【Method】Forty-nine wild Chinese H.rhamnoides subsp.sinensis resources collected in Gansu Province were systematically analyzed.【Result】The 14 phenotypic traits of Chinese H.rhamnoides subsp.sinensis showed different degrees of difference among different populations,and the average coefficient of variation was Gannan(19.35%)>Yuzhong(18.24%)>Tongwei(17.11%).There was a significant positive correlation between leaf traits(P<0.01),but no significant correlation with other traits(P>0.05),and the correlation between 1000 grain weight and branch length was highly significant(P<0.01).Principal component analysis showed that the contribution rate of the source of phenotypic diversity of H.rhamnoides subsp.sinensis in different populations was:branch length>thousand grain weight>leaf length>fruit longitudinal diameter>fruit transverse diameter.Cluster analysis showed that the phenotypic traits of wild H.rhamnoides subsp.sinensis among different populations had a discontinuity in geographical distribution.【Cnclusion】The three wild Chinese wild H.rhamnoides subsp.sinensis with different populations have rich phenotypic variation and environmental adaptability(CV>10%),which have great development potential and utilization value.
