摘　　要：目的:探讨病程对抑郁发作患者睡眠结构的影响。方法:选取2021年1月至2023年7月安徽医科大学附属巢湖医院神经内科(睡眠障碍科)确诊的抑郁发作患者55例作为研究对象,按病程长短分为短病程(SD,≤2个月)组(n=33)和长病程(LD,≥24个月)组(n=22)。患者完成整夜多导睡眠监测、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、阿森斯失眠量表(AIS)和贝克-拉范森躁狂量表(BRMS)的评估。结果:2组非快速眼动睡眠(NREM)期持续时间及其所占总睡眠时间百分比组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与SD组比较,LD组的REM潜伏期显著增加(P<0.05)、持续时间更短(P<0.05)、REM期睡眠占总睡眠时间百分比(REM%)减少(P<0.05)。结论:病程可显著干扰抑郁发作患者的REM睡眠结构,减少REM期睡眠。Objective:To explore the effect of illness duration on sleep structure of patients with depressive episode.Methods:A total of 55 patients with depressive episodes diagnosed in the Department of Sleep Disorders,Chaohu Hospital of Anhui Medical University from January 2021 to July 2023 were divided into short illness duration(SD,≤2 months)group(n=33)and long illness duration(LD,≥24 months)group(n=22).The patients completed the evaluation of overnight polysomnography,self-rating depression scale(SDS),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),Athens insomnia scale(AIS)and Bech-Rafaelsen Mania Rating Scale(BRMS).Results:There was no significant difference in the duration of non-rapid eye movement(REM)sleep and the percentage of total sleep time between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with SD group,the latency of REM in LD group was significantly increased(P<0.05),the duration was shorter(P<0.05),and REM%was decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion:The illness duration can significantly interfere with REM sleep structure and reduce REM sleep in patients with depression.
