分析三棱针放血配合竹药罐对腰椎间盘突出症患者疼痛及睡眠质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析腰椎间盘突出人群使用三棱针放血联合竹药罐的作用。方法:选取2021年1月至2023年3月漳州古雷港经济开发区第一医院收治的腰椎间盘突出患者80例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。采用疼痛数字评分量表(NRS)评估2组患者干预前后的疼痛改善效果,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)比较2组患者干预前后睡眠质量的变化,采用健康调查简表(SF-36)比较2组患者的生命质量,并比较2组患者干预前后的疗效。结果:治疗后,观察组患者疼痛NRS评分显著低于对照组,观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,观察组PSQI评分比较显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:给予腰椎间盘症患者三棱针放血联合竹药罐的中医治疗可显著减轻疼痛,提升睡眠质量,有效促进患者病症的恢复,可在临床上进行大范围的推广和使用。Objective:To analyze the effect of using triangular needle bloodletting and bamboo medicine jar in the population with lumbar disc herniation.Methods:Eighty patients with lumbar keyboard herniation admitted to the First Hospital of Guleigang Economic Development Zone in Zhangzhou from January 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into an observation group(n=40)and a control group(n=40)using a random number table method.Evaluate the pain improvement effect of two groups of patients before and after intervention using the Numeric Rating Scales(NRS),compare the changes in sleep quality before and after intervention using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI).The quality of life of patients in the two groups was compared using the brief health survey Form(SF-36).And compare the efficacy of the two groups of patients before and after intervention.Results:After treatment,the NRS score of pain in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group.The PSQI score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine treatment with triangular needle bloodletting combined with bamboo medicine cupping can significantly alleviate pain,improve sleep quality,and effectively promote the recovery of patients with lumbar disc syndrome.It can be widely promoted and used in clinical practice.
