分析袋鼠式护理结合婴儿抚触对新生儿睡眠质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究袋鼠式护理与婴儿抚触联合法对新生儿睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2019年1月到2021年12月福建省泉州市第一医院收治的新生儿95例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组(n=47)和观察组(n=48)。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用袋鼠式与婴儿抚触联合护理,比较2组新生儿睡眠质量与时间。结果:护理前,2组新生儿的睡眠时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后,观察组3 d和15 d的睡眠时间均长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的睡眠优良率为93.75%,高于对照组的74.47%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在新生儿睡眠护理中,袋鼠式与婴儿抚触结合可使婴儿舒适度提升,更具安全感,有助于延长睡眠时间,提高睡眠质量,具有推广价值。Objective:To explore the effect of kangaroo style nursing combined with infant touch on the sleep quality of newborns.Methods:A total of 95 newborns who were admitted to the First Hospital of Quanzhou City,Fujian Province from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected and divided into two groups using the number table method.The control group received routine care with a total of 47 newborns;the research group used a combination of kangaroo style and baby touch care,with a total of 48 people.The sleep quality and duration of the two groups of newborns were compared.Results:Before nursing intervention,there was no significant difference in sleep time between the two groups of newborns(P>0.05).After intervention,the sleep time of the study group for 3 and 15 days was longer than that of the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05);the excellent sleep rate of the research group was 93.75%,higher than the 74.47%of the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:In neonatal sleep care,the combination of kangaroo style and baby touch can improve the comfort and safety of infants,help prolong sleep time,improve sleep quality,and have promotional value.
