摘　　要：纪检监察工作法治化建设是习近平法治思想的重要内容。纪检监察机关是全面从严治党的政治机关、党和国家监督的专责机关,是中国共产党推进法治反腐和进行自我革命的重要力量,必须在法治的轨道上进行行之有效的权力监督和执纪执法。我国新时代纪检监察工作的高质量发展必然要沿着法治化轨道进行,在新时代推进纪检监察工作法治化,需要不断健全党和国家监督体系,融入国家治理现代化;需要坚持依法治国和依规治党的有机结合,深入推进全面从严治党;需要不断加强纪检监察机关的自身建设,以法治方式实现新时代纪检监察工作的高质量发展。The construction of the rule of law in discipline inspection and supervision is an important part of Xi Jinping's thought on the rule of law.The discipline inspection and supervision organ is a political organ that comprehensively and strictly governs the party,and a special organ under the supervision of the party and the state.It is an important force of the Communist Party of China to promote the rule of law,anti-corruption and self-revolution.It must carry out effective power supervision and discipline enforcement on the track of the rule of law.The rule of law is the connotation requirement for promoting the high-quality development of discipline inspection and supervision in the new era.To promote the rule of law in discipline inspection and supervision in the new era,it is necessary to constantly improve the party and state supervision system and integrate into the modernization of national governance.It is necessary to adhere to the organic combination of governing the country according to law and governing the party according to regulations,and further promote the comprehensive and strict governance of the party.It is necessary to constantly strengthen the construction of discipline inspection and supervision,to achieve the high-quality development of the discipline inspection and supervision with the rule of law in the new era.
