摘　　要：在当代美国,华裔与黑人间团结的族际关系随着平权法案的实施走向终结。迈克尔·夏邦在《电报大街》中探索华裔与黑人族际关系的重建。小说通过对功夫影响下的老中青三代黑人的塑造,揭示了功夫在20世纪70年代是“黑人权力”运动思想和行动的源泉,启迪了颠覆白人文化统治的黑人剥削电影,在当下根植到黑人说唱音乐中。小说钩沉历史,展望未来,将为黑人赋权的功夫文化作为纽带,旨在重建华裔与黑人的族际关系。In contemporary America,the inter-ethnic relations of solidarity between Chinese and Black Americans are coming to an end with the implementation of the Affirmative Action.Michael Chabon explores the reconstruction of the inter-ethnic relations in Telegraph Avenue.By presenting the characterization of the old,the middle-aged and the young Black Americans under the influence of kung fu,the novel reveals that kung fu prompted the Black Power Movement both in theory and practice,inspired Blaxploitation that subverted the white cultural domination in the 1970s,and nowadays it has struck root in hip-hop.As an in-depth historical exploration and a bright look to the future,the novel explores kung fu that empowers the Black as the inter-ethnic cultural bond in order to reconstruct the inter-ethnic relations.
