摘 要:慢性肾脏病(Chronic kidney disease,CKD)是脑血管疾病发展的独立危险因素,特别是脑小血管疾病(Cerebral small vessel disease,CSVD),其作用机制尚不明确。CSVD具有多种病理改变,在MRI上表现为多种影像学标记物,包括近期皮质下小梗死、腔隙灶、脑白质高信号、血管周围间隙扩大、脑微出血和脑萎缩。在本综述中,我们从发病机制及影像学标记物方面讨论了CKD对CSVD的影响及研究进展。Chronic kidney disease(CKD)is an independent risk factor for the development of cerebrovascular diseases,especially cerebral small vessel disease(CSVD),whose underlying mechanisms remain unclear.CSVD has various pathological changes in the brain,manifested as various imaging markers on MRI,including recent small subcortical infarct,lacune of pre-sumed vascular origin,white matter hyperintensity,perivascular space enlargement,cerebral microbleed and brain atrophy.In this review,we discussed the impact of CKD on CSVD and provided an overview of research progress in terms of pathogenic mechanisms and imaging markers.
