摘 要:文中以某建筑产业现代化实训基地为研究对象,采用数值模型对装配式混凝土柱力学性能进行计算,结果表明,采用弹簧单元与杆系单元建立的数值模型无法完全反映现场试验情况,导致装配式混凝土柱模拟结果在正向加载段刚度与延性偏大,反向再加载段偏小,使其耗能能力小于现场试验结果。当试样承受循环荷载时,灌浆缺陷的装配式混凝土柱内部存在孔洞,导致钢筋与混凝土间出现滑动现象,使其承载能力降低。In this study,a construction industry modernization training base as the research object,using the numerical model to calculate the mechanical properties of fabricated concrete columns,the conclusions are as follows:the numerical model established by the spring element and the bar element can not fully reflect the situation of the field test,which results in the stiffness and ductility of the simulation results of the fabricated concrete column in the forward loading section are larger than normal,thee reverse reloading section is smaller,making its energy dissipation less than the field experimental results.When the specimens are subjected to cyclic loading,there are holes in the prefabricated concrete columns with grouting defects,which lead to the sliding between the steel bars and the concrete and reduce the bearing capacity.
