掺废旧沥青水泥稳定材料配合比优化分析

摘  要:文中采用单因素分析法,研究了水泥掺量、废旧沥青掺量及养护温度对水泥混合料力学特性的影响。结果发现,水泥混凝土力学强度随水泥掺量的增加呈现先明显增加后趋于稳定的规律,而随着废旧沥青掺量的增加呈现先增加后减少的趋势。养护温度在养护前期对水泥混凝土力学强度的影响较大,在养护后期影响较小。掺入废旧沥青的水泥混合料应根据工程需求采用适当的配合比及养护温度。The single factor analysis method was used to study the effects of cement content,waste asphalt content,and curing temperature on the mechanical properties of cement mixtures.Research has found that,the mechanical strength of cement concrete shows a trend of first increasing significantly and then stabilizing with the increase of cement content,as the amount of waste asphalt increases,there is a trend of first increasing and then decreasing.The curing temperature has a significant impact on the mechanical strength of cement concrete in the early stage of curing,but has a relatively small impact in the later stage of curing.The cement mixture mixed with waste asphalt should adopt appropriate mix proportions and curing temperatures according to engineering requirements.
