摘 要:文中研究了粉煤灰和纤维单掺、复掺对聚合物改性砂浆工作性能、力学性能的影响。结果表明,随着粉煤灰取代量的增加,聚合物改性砂浆稠度提高,保水率下降,抗压强度降低,压折比减小;随着纤维掺量的增加,聚合物改性砂浆的稠度下降,保水率提高,抗压强度降低,压折比减小。当粉煤灰取代量为15%、纤维掺量为0.3%时,聚合物改性砂浆的施工性能有所改善,7 d和28 d抗压强度下降,压折比明显降低。粉煤灰和纤维复掺,虽然对抗压强度并无改善,但砂浆抗折强度增益产生了较好的复合效应。In this paper,the influence of fly ash and fiber on the workability and mechanical properties of polymer modified mortar was studied.The results show that the consistency of polymer modified mortar increases,the water retention rate decreases,the compressive strength and the ratio of compressive-flexural strength decreases with the increase of fly ash content.the consistency of polymer modified mortar decreases,the water retention rate increases,the compressive strength and the ratio of compressive-flexural strength decreases with the increase of fiber content.When the content of fly ash is 15%and the content of fiber is 0.3%,the workability of polymer modified mortar is improved,the compressive strength at 7 d and 28 d decreases,and the ratio of compression-flexural strength decreases obviously.Although the fly ash and fiber can not improve the compressive strength,they have a good composite effect on the flexural strength of mortar.
