摘 要:文中研究了不同掺量(0、3%、6%、9%、12%)铣削波浪形钢纤维、熔抽端钩型钢纤维对轻集料混凝土性能的影响。研究结果表明,掺入钢纤维后,轻集料混凝土抗压强度、抗折强度、弹性模量等性能均有不同程度提升,但过高的钢纤维掺量将导致其结构性能降低;制备的钢纤维轻集料混凝土抗折强度在8.0 MPa以上,28 d抗压强度在50 MPa以上,具有良好的应用效果。The article studied the effects of different dosages(0,3%,6%,9%,12%)of milling wave shaped steel fibers and melt drawn end hook shaped steel fibers on the performance of lightweight aggregate concrete.The research results show that after adding steel fibers,the compressive strength,flexural strength,elastic modulus and other properties of lightweight aggregate concrete are improved to varying degrees.However,excessive steel fiber content will lead to a decrease in its structural performance;The prepared steel fiber lightweight aggregate concrete has a flexural strength of over 8.0 MPa and a compressive strength of over 50 MPa at 28 days,indicating good application effects.
