摘　　要：文中以某底框结构自建房为例,根据现场检测结果采用PKPM结构计算软件分析评定房屋上部结构危险状况,通过分析选择性拆除部分危险构件,验证建模计算分析过程中认定的危险构件是否均影响结构安全,为类似工程案例提供参考。Taking a self built house with a bottom frame structure as an example in the article,PKPM structural calculation software is used to analyze and evaluate the hazardous conditions of the upper structure of the house based on on-site inspection results.By selectively removing some hazardous components,it is verified whether the identified hazardous components in the modeling,calculation and analysis process all affect structural safety,providing reference for similar engineering cases.
