高层住宅区消防登高面的设计改造与利用

摘　　要：高层住宅园区内大规模连续布置的消防登高场地,不利于整体景观规划与效果呈现,增加了社区景观场景营造的难度。文中在满足消防规范、成本控制、使用功能的前提下,通过分析特定项目的消防规划及存在的问题,提出了符合项目的个性化景观营造策略,以期为同类型社区设计提供参考。Large-scale continuous layout of fire climbing sites in high-rise residential parks is not conducive to the overall landscape planning and effect,and increases the difficulty of community landscape scene construction.On the premise of meeting the fire code,cost control and use function,this paper analyzes the fire control planning and pain points of specific projects,and designs personalized landscape construction strategies in line with the project,aiming to provide reference for the design of similar communities.
