摘　　要：文中以老旧小区电气改造设计为例,从照明系统、充电桩配电系统、消防系统、智能化系统、防雷接地系统以及公共区域缆线治理等方面展开分析,总结老旧小区电气改造设计的要点和注意事项,以期为类似工程的电气设计提供参考。This article takes the electrical renovation design of old residential areas as an example,analyzes from the aspects of lighting system,charging pile distribution system,fire protection system,intelligent system,lightning protection grounding system,and public area cable governance,summarizes the key points and precautions of the electrical renovation design of old residential areas,in order to provide reference for the electrical design of similar projects.
