摘 要:近接高架桥桩施工现场位于繁忙道路上或其他狭窄区域时,使得施工设备、材料和人员的机动性受到限制,并增加施工作业的难度。为确保近接高架桥桩施工的安全性,文中就顶管近距离穿越对近接高架桥桩施工的影响展开研究。首先,介绍了顶管近距离穿越项目的概况,获取顶管施工区域与高架桥之间的位置关系;其次,分析了顶管近距离穿越施工过程中产生的土体扰动效应;最后,根据设计的顶管近距离穿越施工流程,使用线弹性模型和Mohr-Coulomb模型进行桩体与隧道衬砌模拟和土体应变应力关系模拟,并建立顶管和高架桥的有限元模型完成数值模拟。经验证,文中研究的模拟结果与实际结果基本相符,表明所提方法具有较高的模拟精度。The construction site of adjacent elevated bridge piles is located on busy roads or other narrow areas.This limits the mobility of construction equipment,materials,and personnel,and increases the difficulty of construction operations.To ensure the safety of the construction of adjacent elevated bridge piles.Conduct research on the impact of pipe jacking for close crossing on the construction of adjacent elevated bridge piles.Firstly,the general situation of pipe jacking short distance crossing project is introduced,and the location relationship between the pipe jacking construction area and the Viaduct is obtained;Secondly,the soil disturbance effect generated during the construction process of pipe jacking for close distance crossing was analyzed;Finally,according to the designed construction process of pipe jacking for short distance crossing,linear elastic model and Mohr Coulomb model are used to simulate the pile and tunnel lining,as well as the stress-strain relationship of soil.Finite element models of pipe jacking and elevated bridge are established to complete numerical simulation After verification,the simulation results obtained in this study are basically consistent with the actual results,indicating that the proposed method has high simulation accuracy.
