摘  要:文中以S地块一期项目为工程实例,依据“先支后挖、逐层开挖、随挖随撑”的基本思路,从基坑支护方案、开挖与支护施工、基坑监控测量三方面分析了在场地受限条件下,“钻孔灌注桩+钢管内支撑”组合支护体系在深基坑工程中的应用。监测结果表明,本工程坑壁位移(水平和竖向)和周边建筑物沉降均在限值范围内,且无明显不均匀沉降,施工全过程处于安全可控状态。Taking the first phase project of S plot as an engineering example,based on the basic idea of"support first and then excavation,layer by layer excavation,and excavation with support",this paper analyzes the application of the"drilled cast-in-place pile+steel pipe internal support"combination support system in deep foundation pit engineering under site limited conditions from three aspects:foundation pit support scheme,excavation and support construction,and foundation pit monitoring and measurement.The monitoring results indicate that the displacement of the pit wall(horizontal and vertical)and the settlement of surrounding buildings in this project are within the limit range,and there is no obvious uneven settlement.The entire construction process is in a safe and controllable state.
