摘　　要：文中以某建筑工程项目为例,主要阐述了该建筑工程渗漏的隐患,并针对结构渗漏的预处理、混凝土结构自防水、地下室防水层的施工、地下室渗漏的预防等问题,提出相应的技术要点和注意事项,以期为同类项目提供参考借鉴。Taking a construction project as an example,this article mainly elaborates on the hidden dangers of leakage in the construction project,and proposes technical points and precautions for pre-treatment of structural leakage,self waterproofing of concrete structures,construction of basement waterproofing layer,and prevention of basement leakage,in order to provide reference for similar projects.
